Customers may exchange defective or damaged cannabis products and accessories within seven (7) days of purchase, provided they have the original receipt. Exchanges are subject to 3J’s discretion. Sales of non-damaged cannabis products and accessories are final. Refunds are not available. Unworn merchandise with original tags attached may be exchanged within fourteen (14) days of purchase if accompanied by the original receipt. Sale items cannot be exchanged. All exchanges are at 3J’s discretion. Refunds are not available.
